You sit there reading for a while before Lori popped her head back in to tell you she couldn't sleep and was gonna go help Glenn set up tents. You nodded at her telling her that Carl had been sleeping soundly still. "You should be sleeping too." Lori says and you giggle at her giving her an unamused look before turning back to your book. She shakes her head at your stubbornness before leaving the door wide open so the breeze from the screen door could combine with the breeze from the open windows and keep both you an Carl cool and comfortable.
You look up a few minutes later to see Lori out there helping Glenn before Lori walks off towards the RV running into Shane. You eye them because Shane's body language was unsure as he spoke to her which for him wasn't normal. Shane was always so intimidating with most things he did so for him to move like that was slightly strange for you. You make a mental note to ask him about it later as your eyes catch Glenn speaking to Maggie. Your lips curl up into a smile when you see her presents make Glenn nervous. You see her walk off and Glenn watch her walk by before turning and walking back towards the house. He looked nervous and it was kinda funny that she did that to him. You started to think he had a crush on her as he made his way up the porch.

You feel a pair of eyes on you and you know he must be staring at you sitting there casually. Your sure you looked out of place considering you almost died just a few days ago and now you sit there reading a book. "Glenn, you know I can feel you staring at me right." You ask not looking up form the book. Smirking at him as he stutters out an answer, "I-I didn't know you were up! How do you feel?" He asks you quickly stepping into the room.
You look up at him amused as he looks to Carl who shifts in his sleep making Glenn wince noticing his loud tone. "Sorry!" He says quietly and you roll your eyes placing the book down on the arm of the chair and standing. "It's okay. I'm okay too." You say with a smile making Glenn stare at you in awe. "Hey easy!" He says suddenly worried about your standing up. You giggle at him, "Glenn I'm fine honest." You say amused at his worrisome nature. "What's up with you n the framers daughter huh?" You ask making his worried face change into an embarrassed one.
"N-Nothing! W-why did she say something?" He asks quickly making you grin at him. Yep he had a crush on her. "No, but your reaction tells me you have a crush on her." You say with a sly tone and he chuckles nervously at you. "N-No I-I don't." He counters trying to brush you off like you couldn't read him like a book. "Glenn ya can't lie worth sh*t. Spill." You say with a grin and he sighs at you knowing you were right. "Okay, your right.. but there's nothing to tell though." He tells you nervously as his eyes meet the ground and you chuckle lightly at him. "Make something to tell then. Make your move Glenn! She likes you, I can tell." You say making him look up at you slightly surprised."Really? Ya think so?" He asks you and you nod at him. "Yes I do." You reassure him. He smiles light at the thought of Maggie liking him and his soft smile makes you smile. If you could find love in this hell, why couldn't your best friend?
"Oh! I forgot I'm going on a run and I came inside to see if anyone needed anything specific, Lori already put in a request. I figured I'd ask especially you, considering..." he says remembering that he came in for a reason. "Yeah actually, could you get some tampons please...." you say slightly embarrassed at the answer you gave him but equally as curious as to what Lori asked him for. "Okay um want some pads too if I find any?" He asks completely unfazed making you chuckle nervously and nod. "Y-Yeah... you've done this before... did you have sisters or something?" You ask curiously due to his reaction but almost regretting it immediately because you knew Glenn's family hadn't been brought up so you could only assume the worst.
"Uh no. Your a woman and your my best friend so ya know." He says as he shrugs like it's the most obvious thing in the world and you chuckle at him. "Sorry I made that awkward didn't I?" You ask and he just laughed at you lightly nodding a little. "Eh just a little." He responds with a playful smile and you just shake your head at yourself before Maggie walking around the house with two saddled horses catches your eye. "Sorry bout that but Maggie awaits you there Casanova." You tell Glenn as you point behind him making him look through the window at Maggie.
